World Cup offers 2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-lane In-line filling machines for high-volume packaging needs. These machines are capable of up to 30 indexes per minute, per lane. In-line systems are typically equipped with: a cup denester, filler, pre-die-cut seal/film applicator, heat sealer, lidder, and discharge station. Fillers for liquids and dry products are available. A variety of configurable options are available based on the customer’s needs.
Container size: Container sizes up to 80 oz. (2268 g) can be filled. The maximum diameter is 6.50” (165 mm). The container can be almost any shape.
Applications: Thin to thick liquid products including but not limited to chunky sauces, spreads, beverages, dairy, cosmetics, medical, personal care supplies, and dry products including granular products.
